2019 Projects List

2019 year is slightly different. I actually wrote about some of the projects lol. I’ll link to those posts where appropriate. Same standards as the 2018 Projects List. But in case you need a reminder…
Trying to rank projects doesn’t work for me. Some days I wanna listen to “Die Lit” and others I wanna listen to “Reasonable Doubt.” Maybe the day I rank albums I’ll have “Daytona” at #7 and "Squidtastic” at #20. Could listen to these albums three years later and decide I like “Squidtastic” more. Thoughts and feelings change over time. If I have three different areas to place projects, it gives them a bit more flexibility to climb up and down. They’re not restricted to a number for eternity.
2019 was a year from hell for me mentally. I was in 13 round bouts with my depression. Spent more hours laying in bed sleeping than living. Most of these projects helped get me through it. I think this was the year I really started to understand my own taste and what I wanted to get out of music. To be honest, 2019 felt like a weaker year for music and I’m not entirely sure why.
That being said, it’s a larger list than the year prior lol.
